This traditional Indian spiced tea can be brewed for 3-5 minutes and enjoyed with milk (and a little honey if you like) or simmered in milk for 10 minutes and strained into your cup.

Brew for 1-3 minutes in hot water or simmer for 7-8 minutes in milk on a stove top.
