We may not be able to run our real life tea workshops at the moment but we can still gather and connect online.
The Mindful Tea Practice allows you to take something as simple as your daily cuppa and use it as a conduit to relax, connect with your body, find some inner calm and recharge.
Tara will guide you in a mindful tea practice that you can then incorporate into your own daily rituals.
This 20 minute workshop will take place via zoom.
There are two different time options:
Wed 8th Sep 7pm & Sat 18th Sep 3pm
You will need:
Loose leaf tea*
Your favourite tea cup or mug
Teapot & strainer or a tea infuser - buy one here if you need one.
