A weekly reset is a wonderful gift to yourself. It allows you to process the week that was and set yourself up for the week ahead.
It is easier and more sustainable to make small adjustments regularly rather than major life overhauls occasionally.
A weekly reset allows you to attune yourself with your body and your soul and listen to what they are telling you. It can also be a good chance to reflect on your values and priorities and make sure that the way you are living your life is aligned with these.
I love to do a weekly reset on a Sunday, but you could do it whenever is best for you
