“For what it’s worth_ it’s never too

I love the start of a New Year and the symbolism of a blank slate that comes with it. It is an opportunity to release the negative, embrace the positive, re-focus on what is important and shake off what isn't. Here are a few questions I like to ask myself at the start of  a New Year:

What are my main focuses/passions for this year?

What do I want to embrace this year?

What do I want to let go of this year?

How am I going to nourish my body?

My soul?

Who would I like to connect with?

What do I want to create?

How can I love more extravagantly?

I hope the New Year holds exciting promise for you and hope this little blog can be a nourishing place of inspiration and everyday beauty for whoever stumbles across it.

If you are still getting yourself organised for 2015, you might love (as I am) the stylish calendar that the talented Cristina Martinez has made available (free) for download. Happy New Year everyone!

P.S. I am currently soaking up the sun and enjoying a little holiday but the Nourish and Nest online store is still open 24/7 and orders will be despatched on Monday 19th January xxx
